Evangelism and Collaboration
Fostering a culture of communication and collaboration is an extension of my natural curiosity and enthusiasm. One way that I achieved this in a large organization was to use an internal wiki (Confluence). In addition to sharing project data and a wealth of useful day-to-day information, I evangelized new ideas, researched and improved content discovery for different user types, offered training, and put a friendly face on some otherwise monolithic content.
